The General Workers’ Union has just signed a new collective agreement for all employees of Methode Electronics Malta Ltd.
This agreement is the result of months of discussions with management and employee representatives. Through this agreement, workers will enjoy better working conditions and also an improvement in the financial package.
David Darmanin, the Secretary of the Technology, Electronics and Communications Section of the General Workers’ Union, took the opportunity to thank all those who contributed to the achievement of this agreement, which should further improve the working conditions of the employees.
The agreement was signed by David Darmanin, Secretary of the GWU Section, Maria Sonia Camilleri, Charlene Cachia, Matthew Chetcuti and Gary Parnis – shop stewards of Methode Electronics Malta Ltd. as well as Jose Luis Arenas – Vice President HR EMEA and Stephen Rizzo – Vice President Europe.
