GWU Welcomes the Appointment of the New Cabinet and extends its best wishes

The General Workers’ Union (GWU) welcomes the appointment of the new Cabinet announced by the Prime Minister and extends its best wishes to all Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries in carrying out their responsibilities and duties.

The GWU looks forward to continuing to work constructively with the Government and all relevant institutions to strengthen workers’ rights, improve working conditions, and further advance the country’s social and economic development.

The Union believes that social dialogue remains the most effective way to address current and future challenges while creating more opportunities for workers and their families.

The GWU reaffirms its commitment to working together with the new Cabinet for the benefit of workers, pensioners, and Maltese society as a whole, while continuing to be a strong voice in favour of social justice, decent work, and a better quality of life for all citizens.
