Signing of new collective bargaining agreement for all employees of ARMS for five years

The General Workers’ Union has just signed a new collective bargaining agreement covering all employees of ARMS for five years. An agreement that will further strengthen the future of ARMS Ltd. and its workforce.

This agreement is the result of months of discussions with management and employee representatives. Through this agreement, employees will enjoy better working conditions and also an improvement in the financial package.

Kendrick Bondin, the Secretary of the Government and Public Entities Section of the General Workers’ Union, took the opportunity to thank all those who contributed to making this agreement as good as possible and to further improve conditions for workers.

He added that he also thanked the members of the GWU who showed confidence in the GWU and appreciated the results achieved.
