The Chemical and Energy Section within the General Workers’ Union (GWU) thanks and salutes Enemalta workers who, despite the intense heat and difficult working conditions, are working tirelessly to repair faults and restore electricity services to families and businesses as quickly as possible.

Behind every fault that is repaired, there is a worker making a sacrifice. A worker facing difficult conditions to ensure that the service is restored to normal as quickly as possible.

These workers deserve respect, recognition and appropriate working conditions that reflect the responsibility they carry and the essential work they perform.
