GWU Signs Collective Agreement with Ecopure Ltd.

The Hospitality and Food Section of the General Workers’ Union (GWU) has
successfully signed a new Collective Agreement with Ecopure Ltd., ensuring a range
of benefits for the company’s employees, particularly in terms of wages and working
conditions. This agreement will cover the years 2024 to 2028.

Kevin Abela, the Secretary of the Hospitality and Food Section, expressed his
sincere appreciation to all those involved in the negotiations, emphasizing the
positive impact this agreement will have on the company and its workforce.

The signing ceremony was led by Kevin Abela and the shop steward Joseph Pace,
along with Ecopure Ltd.’s Group Chief Executive Norman Aquilina, Head of Human
Resources Tonio Mifsud Bonnici, Head of Logistics Chris Borg Cardona, and
Business Manager James Mifsud.
