The General Workers’ Union has just signed a collective bargaining agreement for all Joinwell employees

This agreement was signed for one year, as changes are taking place in the company and therefore a collective agreement will be discussed again in the near future.

This agreement will improve the working conditions of the employees. Both parties were determined to work together for the benefit of the employees and the company. Labor relations between the two parties have always been good, and the discussions held to conclude this collective agreement bear witness to all this.

The signing was done by David Darmanin as GWU Secretary of the Technology, Electronics and Communication Section and Representative Kevin Pintley, as well as by CEO Sebastian Degiorgio, General Manager Simon Grima and Head of HR, Dorianne Turner.
