“Equality means that everyone is allowed to achieve their goals,” emphasized GWU Secretary General Josef Bugeja while addressing a conference organized by the Nationalist Party during the week dedicated to social justice.
Bugeja expressed concern about the “working poor,” noting that many workers meet their job responsibilities, yet their wages are insufficient to support a decent standard of living.
He also advocated for the fair treatment of all workers, including foreign labourers, insisting that everyone should have equal rights and opportunities to reach their full potential.
