The General Workers’ Union (GWU), through its Disciplinary Forces, Security Officers and Law Enforcement Section, has announced the suspension of industrial action following Securital’s commitment to settle outstanding payment arrears owed to the security officers employed at Mater Dei Hospital and various clinics.
The GWU expresses its gratitude to the security personnel involved and acknowledges the cooperation of the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Health, and Securital’s administration in facilitating the resolution of this matter.
