The General Workers’ Union (GWU) recently held a meeting with the Malta Insurance Association to emphasize the importance of individuals having some form of insurance to ensure protection in case of unforeseen issues.
During the discussion, the two sides explored various types of insurance, including traffic, health, and pensions. The conversation also touched on how these matters are evolving in other European countries and beyond, highlighting the need for Malta to remain aligned with international trends.
The GWU delegation was led by Secretary General Josef Bugeja and included President Victor Carachi and Deputy Secretary General Kevin Camilleri. Representing the Association were Adrian J. Galea, Director General, and Reuben Zammit, Chief Executive of IVALIFE Insurance Limited.
